موقفان : هذا أبو بكر الصديق كان في صف رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وابنه قبل أن يسلم ، كان في صف الكفار ، وبعد ذلك يؤمن .
و بعد أن آمن يقول : يا أبتِ لقد لقيتك يوم بدر اثناء المعركة ، فلويت وجهي عنك (يقصد أنه كان من الممكن أن يقتله ) فقال له أبو بكر : أما والله لو رأيتُك في المعركة لقتلتك .
