( تلك الدار الآخرة نجعلها للذين لا يريدون علواً في الأرض ولا فساداً والعاقبة للمتقين ) . فكانوا لا يتهافتون على الوظائف ، والمناصب ، فضلاً على أن يرشحون أنفسهم ، وينشروا دعاية لها ، وينفقوا الأموال ، سعياً وراءها .
وبالرغم من هذه النصوص في الفقه الإسلامي وأحاديث الرسول الصحيحة المتواترة ، نري ممارسة الغرب في أنظمة الديمقراطية ،وإدارة الحكم تنتشر في بعض الدول الإسلامية .
مخالفين بذلك المنهج والمباديء الشديدة الوضوح في المرجعية الإسلامية ، وما جاء في حديث الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ السابق ذكره . وأن مباديء الشورى تمكن المعنيين من ا لأختيار الأصلح من ذوي الكفاءات المميزه التي تناسب كل وظيفه معروضة .
